Software Developer for an initial 6-month contract with strong potential to continue longer. Based in Dublin 1.

Responsibilities:

• Working with application analysts and technical specialists in the requirements elicitation and specification, technical analysis and design of new and existing software, database schemas and data models, as required.
• Maintaining and developing software, datasets and data models using the relevant software licensed and deployed on behalf of or in association with the Project.
• Testing of software and data models throughout the development process as well as pre-release, and regression testing of cumulative upgrades.
• Maintenance of existing applications and development of new applications.
• Carrying out change requests and bug fixes.
• Initiating, seeing through and completing projects throughout its life cycle as directed by the Project Manager.
