End User Support Engineer

Role Description
Resolving technical issues with the rest of the End User Support team.
Answering all User questions on the likes of SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Office 365 and associated applications.
Role would benefit somebody that’s work within a project team. Implementation or initiative.
Fairly small team Project Team in situ – Alot of end users, couple of hundred users expected to soon grow to 1000s users.
You will help to build out the customer service portal.
Experience/skills required
Technical Customer Service Experience Level 1 and Level 2 capabilities.
SharePoint End User Experience.
O365 Minimum, MS Planner, View, Forms, Teams Etc
Desired skills
MS certifications
Intune Support Experience, 1-2 Years would be ideal. But any experience an advantage. Current Intune Roll-out taking place and this will come into support shortly, therefore will be asked to support and user this remote access/device management tool-set.
Interpersonal Skills
Strong Customer Service Experience. Work on own initiative. Organised, document well.
