We are looking for a Project Manager to help drive Modern Workplace Cloud Adoption Programme intrenally.
This is a great opportunity for a project Manager with 1-3 years experience looking to grow project management skills withing a large multinational organisation working with key accounts .
- Project Manager to help drive cloud adoption to a prioritised set of accounts where the path to cloud adoption is unclear
- Accounts with Low / No Cloud Adoption due to customer has no intent
- Tech Readiness for Cloud enabled workloads is required
Responsibilities
- Put in place programmatic approach (scope defined / approach / governance & reporting )
- Hold aligned account teams accountable to deliver Cloud adoption ( put pressure in the system / accountability )
- May require a ‘lean in’ approach where resource gaps are identified and in order to deliver the expected outcome
- Help build a repeatable process (role / governance / artifacts & train up people on best practice)
- Link and create synergies with Channel account team resources who will drive the Cloud adoption via partner
- Also, there may be other minor or mini projects as spin off of core activity
Experience:
- Project Management capabilities – ability to put in place structure with a degree of agility & light touch orchestration
- Quick learner with ability to get on with people (senior account managers, technical delivery and customer staff)
- Knowledge of Modern workplace cloud technologies ( Messaging, Collaboration (Teams / Sharepoint) ) Preferred
- Pro-active and self-motivating
- Strong written and oral communications
- Resilient, strong commercial acumen and influencing skills to drive accountability
