Auxilion, part of I.T. Alliance Group, is looking for a Service Desk & Monitoring Support Engineer. As part of the IT Alliance organisation you will work directly on a client site working closely with the in-house team to provide the best possible technical service and customer experience that the client requires. You will join the Service Desk team which acts as the single point of contact for the client’s global customer base.
Where feasible you will address the customer query/issue or alternatively redirect queries into the appropriate area within the organisation.

Mon – Fri 8 hr shifts (16:30 – 00:30) or (00:30 – 08:30);
Sat & Sun 12 hr shifts (00:30 – 12:30) or (12:30 – 00:30)
