Paul Schmitz

Group Sales Director

Paul is co-founder of our parent company, the I.T. Alliance Group. His entrepreneurial spirit has enabled him to go onto found two additional, external organisations which have generated total revenues of over €300 million Euro. Paul brings his entrepreneurial spirit and expertise to Auxilion and is currently Group Sales Director heading up sales and marketing operations across Auxilion and the wider Group. With over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment and IT sector in Ireland and the UK, Paul has a range of experience managing successful teams and Digital Transformation projects for clients.

Philip Maguire

Group CEO, I.T. Alliance Group

As founder and CEO of the I.T. Alliance Group, Philip has defined the vision for the organisation since 1997. Under his stewardship, The Group has evolved as a leading and trusted IT services organisation. Philip’s entrepreneurial flair ensures a forward-thinking culture and enabled him to take advantage of the paradigm shift in the cloud technology and digital services space to set up Auxilion in 2012. Since the foundation of the Group in 1997 there has been year-on-year growth as the company offerings expanded and now boasts an impressive 500+ workforce with solid industry partnerships including Microsoft, IBM and Dell.
