ROLE OVERVIEW
Looking for an experienced Change management specialist with 7 years+ experience in Business Change management with proven experience in managing and delivering large scale IT transformation programmes, involving changes to processes, people, behaviours, and ways of working.
Successful candidates must hold both a recognised Project Management qualification. and a recognised Change Management qualification.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience in IT transformational programmes
- Senior level/C level stakeholder experience and influence
- Expertise in designing future Transformed state.
- People change background, understanding change programmes ….
- Excellence in communications development and planning
- Excellence in developing and shaping the case for investment and business casing for same
- Experience in mobilising and gaining support of various domains (i.e., making the case for change/support from peer domains such as Project Management Office, finance etc.)
- Expertise in shaping requirements for further consultancy support to procure transformational partner engagement.
