We are a long-established managed services, digital transformation and project/programme management company that has long established partnerships with several key technology companies, public sector organisations and private sector clients.
We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering Digital Transformation projects with a very strong emphasis on Microsoft Technologies, Particularly Power Platform and Sharepoint.
The Senior Project Manager (Microsoft Technologies) will be responsible for ensuring ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. They will liaise closely with Auxilion technical Consultants, Client Management and other Key Stakehlolders
This role is offered on aa permanent or contract basis. In terms of attendance, prospective candidates should expect to be onsite approximately 2.5 days per week, which will be a mix of time spent on client sites and at our main office.

Responsibilities of role
* Take lead role in Project Scoping, requirements definition, Project Plan, and budget perspective.
* Manage the project within the defined timeline and financial targets.
* Lead the steering board, provide status review and lead the meetings.
* Liaise with management from a resourcing perspective to ensure all resourcing plans are aligned with the project deliverables.
* Identify and assesses all risk factors and mitigation actions throughout Project life cycle
* Manage external vendors to ensure they deliver to time and budget deliverables.
* Ensure all project documentation is maintained and of adequate quality.
* Ensure quality gates are in place and achieved.
* Ensure efficient communication with all relevant stakeholders.
Essential Candidate Requirements
* 5+ years in a Senior management/leadership role delivering implementation and rollout projects
* At least 2+ years’ experience with Sharepoint/Power Platform Technologies
* A strong working knowledge of Digital transformation, including current trends and methodologies
* PM certification (PMP or PRINCE2) or equivalent.
* 3rd Level Degree in Computer Science/IT, other area relevant to this role or appropriate equivalent
* Strong leadership and influencing capabilities.
* Excellent presentation skills and communication skills.
* Strong relationship/Stakeholder management skills
